Jodi Miller is a jewelry artist and educator who has been creating wire jewelry for over 45 years. Most of her jewelry incorporates natural stones, many of which she, and her husband Steve, have collected on numerous rock hounding trips around the United States and Canada. She has taught wire jewelry classes for seventeen years, and then began using soft solder techniques and incorporating them in her wire wrapping projects. She sells her jewelry and demonstrates soft soldering skills at numerous rock and gem club meetings and shows, in Michigan, South Carolina, and Georgia.
Jodi and her husband are members of the Rogue River Artists Guild and several rock and gem clubs. They continue to be active rock collectors, most recently with extended trips to Oregon and Arizona. Currently, Jodi teaches at William Holland School of Lapidary Arts in Young Harris, Georgia, and at the SpARTa WORKS Gallery in Sparta, Michigan, where she is the Artistic Manager.
