Refund policy
We have a 30-day general merchandise return policy. When purchasing a seat in a class or workshop, please refer to specific class refund policies.
Returned items must be in the same condition in which they are received--unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please contact us at StudioJSD@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Artist created Gallery items are sold on consignment and artists receive payment when items are purchased and shipped. Therefore, (with the exception of Julie Sanford), we cannot accept ANY returns on artists' work in the Gallery. If you are purchasing a gift for someone and don't know what they would like, we suggest purchasing a gift card. Gift cards can be used both online and in person at Studio JSD.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
