Chuck Bruce: Opal Inlay Ring March 29, 10am - 5pm

In this workshop, students will inlay synthetic opal into a stainless steel ring and real opal chips into a stainless steel ring.  This class will cover gluing with thick CA glue, curing, filling with Mica powder, filling with thin CA glue, stabilizing, and cutting/polishing.  Additional ring kits will be for sale. The class fee is $370.00 and includes all materials and supplies to make two rings, as well as the use of all necessary shop tools.

All classes are in-person at our Studio in Grand Haven, Michigan. When purchasing, please choose "Pick-up" as your shipping option.

Visiting Artist Policies: Full refunds -$35 administrative fee will be given if cancellations are received up to 60 days prior to the workshop date. Due to prior artist travel arrangements and class material purchases, cancellations after that date can only be reimbursed if we can fill your seat.

Workshops and classes are for students 18 and up. Minors can register with prior approval and parental consent.
