As your skill and ability with the jeweler's saw increases, the doorway to design potential and creative embellishment opens ever wider.
This class provides expert instruction under the direction of a master goldsmith. Participants undertake a series of practical exercises including decorative frames, intersecting notched and fitted components, pierced and carved 3D panels, and metal inlays.
Experience with saw and files is required.
All current classes are in-person at our Grand Haven, Michigan Studio. When purchasing online, please choose "Pick-up" as your shipping option.
Visiting Artist Policies: Refunds (-$35 administrative fee) will be given if cancellations are received up to 60 days prior to the workshop date. Due to prior artist travel arrangements and class material purchases, cancellations after that date can only be reimbursed if we can fill your seat.
Workshops and classes are for students 18 and up. Minors can register with prior approval and parental consent.
A metals kit is included in the class fee. Students will receive a recommended tool and supply list prior to class.
