Metal Clay Large Hook Bracelet with Tammy Honaman June 19, 10am-2pm
Hook-Style Metal Clay Bracelet Workshop
Design and create a striking, one-of-a-kind bracelet with a sculptural hook-style clasp in this metal clay workshop led by Tammy Honaman, a fun project from her soon-to-be-published book PROJECTS & TECHNIQUES FOR METAL CLAY JEWELRY: A Creative Approach to Making 13 Bracelets, Necklaces, Earrings, Findings & More.
Inspired by a beloved family member, this bracelet blends structure and creativity—giving students the chance to experiment with texture, shape, and optional syringe embellishment for personalized detail. You’ll learn to shape and form the hook and tab clasp using templates and forming tools, then refine, fire, and finish your piece into a functional component that can be strung with chain, beads, or other materials. Whether you lean toward clean simplicity or ornate surface decoration, this class gives you the tools and techniques to make it your own. Skill Level: All levels welcome
