Expand your knowledge and lapidary skills with this in-depth 3 hour class! If you've taken one of our introductory lapidary classes and want to refine your technique this is the class for you. You'll build on learned skills and explore concepts and techniques to cut designer quality cabochons for your own jewelry creations or to sell to others. Using templates, creating free forms, addressing corners, finishing edges, using dopp sticks, and final polishing will be covered. Class size is limited to 5 students, so you can expect to get plenty of cutting and polishing done in the 3 hour class--bring slabs and rough to work on or plan to buy material from the studio or instructor. Introductory lapidary experience is required.
All classes are in-person at our Grand Haven, Michigan Studio. When purchasing, please choose "Pick-up" as your shipping option.
Cancellation Policy: Classes and workshops are fully refundable (minus a $5 processing fee) with a minimum 48 hours notice. Cancellations received later than 48 hours prior to class will not receive a refund. We will not issue a refund if you do not show to your class.
Workshops and classes are for students 18 and up. Minors can register with prior approval and parental consent.
